Trials - Missing Orb SOLVED - Bug

My game is currently soft locked, In the Shar Trials in the Gauntlet of Shar I've gone into all three trials, no more orbs and the one with the boss fight I've also done but I only have three orbs, can't progress. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get past?

I've looked in all three rooms, can't find anything after completing trials and after the boss fight, I can't find anything there either, I've got two orbs on the main altar, and two for the door down below and cannot go any further.

SOLUTION (ish): (Initially reported as a question but now seems to have been broken) Turns out, it's a bug, I had to redo the trails in order to get the final orb, time to heal and go through to the library again! Thanks to everyone that was trying to help!

Did you fight Yurgir? big demon that sings a song about his deal, has a pet cat and bunch of Merrigon? iirc there is an orb in his area.

Where Yurgir was to fight? Yeah I had a look around there and couldn't find it either, I reloaded a much older save and found it appears after death so it must have been one I picked up, but I still seem to be down an orb

I did yeah, it seems an orb dropped but I'm still down one orb for the door, only thing I can think of is there's one in a trial room but I can't find them anywhere

I did and he dropped an orb but I can't find the 4th one anywhere else, the 3 trial rooms I've looked in and can't find it in there either

The orbs are at the end of every trial, I'm betting you missed the one at the Self Same Trial that's the one that isn't super obvious when it drops. It's at the highest point in that little structure.

So I've had a look around there and unfortunately can't find it, right by the teleporter?

Not really. There is also a ring where bad shadow died.

Had a look where the copies/shadows died, nothing, looked all over that room, nothing, I went back to the other trial rooms and still nothing and went to check where Yurgir was and still nothing, I don't know if it's fallen through the floor or something because people have mentioned it can't be seen at all sometimes
