Druid/Wizard Multi-Class?
This doesn't seem like a good match to me. I prefer Druid 7/ Light Domain Cleric 5 to get Fireball.

ok. idk what's the point of the thread lol.
yea it isn't a great match, unless you plan on using the INT circlet for stat fixing.
There's no WIS stat fixing gear.
Wizard can already get almost any spell from the druid table, even shilellagh, and if you want to be running wild shapes, you don't need all those wizard spells.
Now if you just want to be able to learn more spells as a circle of the land, you could dip into wizard. but that can then screw up your spell casting ability due to the multiclassing implementation on it.

Cleric / druid share the same modifier

Why would you gimp the Wizard class by mixing it with any of the inferior classes?

God no. Ew. I have to take a shower now.

Like how would you even roleplay this char?

Someone who tried to be a Wizard but failed, so they went outside to touch grass instead and enjoyed it so much they just had to specialize in it because the future as a Wizard already got thrown out the window. They retained some abilities from the Wizard class, but now has to resort to following an inferior path.

Sure. Druid 11/ wizzard 1 with circlet and you learn all the spells like Haste, Chain lightning , etc while also have access to create water, healing spells , feast of champions etc.

Maybe Moon Druid 11 for wild shape with tavern brawler .

Actually it’s a great idea, you can use tavern brawler for the extra damage and attacks then use Haste from wizzard to self hasten yourself and do 6 attacks , not sure if wild shape breaks concentration but if it doesn’t , great damage potential there

Play full spore Druid, no need another class to complete this. This is the most complete class of this game. You have access to shield, heave armor, two handed weapon and tons of powerfull magic AOE and summons, you can speak and transform in tons of animals. Of all classes ive experienced in this game, Druid espores was the most complete above all others.

Why are you even posting this?

No one cares what you 'prefer'.
There's little you can't make work somehow in D&D5e...so let them have their fun and you have yours...

I started a new game as a Circle of the Spore Druid, & it's been great so far. I agree 100% No need to get Fireball.

I prefer Druid 12. Potion of the Colossus.

I never used a Potion of the Colossus, but I'm starting to realize that Druid doesn't need any Multi-classing.

People hate on Druids because they're not the min/max meta champions, but they're hardly unusable. It's just that, in general, whatever a Druid can do, some other class can probably do slightly better.

I use Druid of the Moon. The extra HP bars from Wild Shape alone is worth a fortune, especially on the tankier forms.

I tried out Circle of the Moon, but never got past Lvl 5 before I deleted the save. In combat I'm primarily ranged, with melee as an afterthought. I barely even used the Bear form, since I was rarely in melee range.
Circle of the Spore on the other hand is a much better fit. I use a longbow + spells (& spores).
