Ser Aylin Mod - Best Thing to Happen to BG3

During my entire playthrough after launch I kept on wishing for a mod that would make Aylin less annoying or better yet disappear, and it looks like many people thought that as well. Highly recommend this mod, which can be downloaded from the based mods website.

IMO, it would be even better if this mod allowed for you to kill "Ser" Aylin and take Isobel as your lover.

Yes, in the overall scheme and length pf the game, she's a blip. But for some reason some Larian devs went to great lengths to pump her up to near-Jesus status. Weird eh?

As poorly written as she may be, she is like the exact opposite of a Mary Sue. She is a 1000 years old daughter of a goddess, who is level 8 and kinda sucks in combat.

I've seen mods that make young ass looking lewd characters and other weird fetishes, there really is no limit when it comes to porn mods on nexus, as long as you say your character is atleast "18 years old". But quests and mods that uses rape and other things are completely fine lol

Then you should probably report them if they break rules. Nexus' guidelines on content uploading have pretty clear outlines regarding child characters which can't be just dismissed by throwing "18 years of age" on them so even if a character has merely physical characteristics of a child but is described as not being one, then it is still going to bannable. Mods featuring any graphic depictions of sexual violence are also banned on the website.

How is changing Astarion sex to female mod or Gale to female gale mod allowed in Nexus while this mod is banned is this not the definition of double standard.

Gale and Astarion are "player-sexual". Aylin and Isobel are a canonically lesbian NPC couple. Regardless of player choices, they're a homosexual couple. So your examples aren't comparable. This isn't a matter of player preference on who THEY "romance". This is player dictating who other characters romance.

Plus the fact that the mod's author was known for mods like turning POC characters white and so on.

I mean, Aylin's personality is a bit...grating. But it's clear the part OP found most annoying was her being a gay chick, because from the video clips I've seen, Ser Aylin isn't any less annoying, it's just Aylin with a dude's face and voice. All the dialog remains the same. Just a different voice. Which was either modified via AI to sound male or the voice actor dubbing over it was....not good.

Skyrim's nexus mod is filled to the brim with sexual violence animations and quest. I dont play the game and couldn't care less about what the site hosts. So how about you go report that content for me, thank you very much.

The world warps around her. If you're romancing SH you have to put up with her antics with barely a protest. She alone, is given 100% plot armour by being unkillable. What a total self insert.

In TT we call these DMPCs (dungeon master's player character). They are considered very poor form and a detriment to the game.

She could've been rehabilitated simply by having dialogue options to tell to eff off, or remove her unkillable status.
