Obscene clipping issues with handbows when wearing cloak
It's pretty disgusting. Is there a way to prevent handbows from clipping through the freaking cloak? I noticed melee weapons do not do this, as they are shown as worn on top of the cloak. But handbows for some reason shows as worn inside the cloak, and they are seen as sticking out of the cloak - creating the aforesaid hideous clipping effect.

There is no way to prevent it, it's just how it is. The hand crossbows look ugly on the back even without a cape because they're clipping into the back.

I sent feedback to Larian to consider putting hand crossbows on the hips because they look stupid on the back, but that was quite a while ago. Eventually I just moved onto using bows instead.

I recommend sending them feedback as well if you wish, maybe something changes ^^

Ah, so the issue doesn't emerge with regular bows? I ought to do that then. Thanks!

Weeell… yes it does bother me. But then again all weapons magically glued to your back bothers me too. The hand bows are especially ridiculous -I always use a dual handed bows build on someone in the party because it rocks- but I just try to ignore them.

There's a mod that does that, it puts all small weapons on the hip, also can turn shields to always visible.

They looked normal enough to me, at least the ones I used.
