AFAIK (never modded myself though) there is a mod that restores achievements tho. Use at your own risk tho, of course.
That depends on the mods. The tips mentioned here might help you since you are new to mods

but it does not take into consideration that you want achievements. For that check the modding websites for solutions.
As stated above, there is another mod at Nexus that will override in turn this restriction, and allow you to use mods and get achievements. I don't care, as I don't care about achievements. But, it's there.
Also make sure you launch BG3 through the "Launch Game" button in the Mod Manager.
