Just from the people you mentioned by name at least 2 are not evil. But anyways you can get your oath back by paying 1000 gold to the knight.

Karlach being a demon doesnt make her evil

You either stole something or attacked a non-hostile NPC. It’s 1k gold the first time and then keeps going up

Clearly not as he's broken it.

Being a racist isn't acceptable under most Palladin oaths.
You might enjoy playing Oathbreaker more.

You cant break an oath you didn't take.

BTW, just so you know, in the D & D multiverse, demons AND devils are two different things, and are from different planes, and Karlach is a tiefling, descended from devils, but not a devil (nor are other tieflings.) If you care about the lore of the world you're playing in.

When you break a paladin oath, go see Dark Knight in your camp, pay his 1K gp fine, oath restored. The cost of repeat violations will continue to increase.

You probably took Oath of Ancients if it was about "protect nature", Every paladin is given a book on character creation with the tenets of your oath. There might be arguments about how the game applies those rules, different subject, but ... read it.

From your behavior descriptions in the posts above, it sounds like you are not Paladin oath keeper material.

Not a knock on your game play. Just that what it sounds like what you really want to play is actually an Oathbreaker Paladin. :)
