How do I remove myself from party...so Shadowheart can run Soft-Step by herself? I sent the other 2 back to camp but no options to remove myself. And Shadowheart doesn't talk to me.

I've done Yurgirt. Went into Library but we got slaughtered. (lol). Was I suppose to just run to that door on left? Or is there a way to shut down those tele points? They just kept coming.

Get rid of the black hole things first. It's casting silence on you. As soon as it's gone, it gets easier.

The library is the room that is inside a big Silence bubble (on the lower level of the central wing, where the other trials are), so you can't cast (most) spells there. If the silence annoys you just destroy the thing in the center. It's summoning new enemies, but I think only like 4 or 5 total and only 1 at a time, so you probably won't get overwhelmed if you concentrate on the others.

I think the room that you mean is the one with some neutral skeletons that help against the Sharran shadows? Where several summoning portals show up? Those portals can just be attacked and destroyed. I tried riding them out, and they do have a limit on how many enemies they summon, but there are quite a few of them and so there will be lots and lots of enemies (even a big one! but he's just got lots of HP). Not a good idea, used up most of my spell slots on that fight alone. ^^

I've completed the Library. Wasn't too bad. And I think Duet is right...library is not the room I was in the other day. Forget its name though but ur description sounds about right. Where to next? My cell phone won't load those long playthrus. I have to log out and back in to view those on my PC. Kinda don't like doing that. Thnx

If you have all the orbs, next is going past a point of "no return" do a degree. A ♥♥♥♥♥♥ battle if you didn't kill Balthazar first.

The battle can be a pain in the arse. I've done it both ways: killing Balthazar first, or not. You should have four relics. One for the top area, then three before that "point of no return" though it's not truly a point of no return. You aren't locked out of the area where Act II takes place.

I don't want to spoil, but the fight once it asks you if you are willing to go past the point of no return and you didn't deal with Balthazar, it can be a ♥♥♥♥♥. One playthrough it wasn't bad, another I was cursing myself (it was a party issue).

Technically there are five orbs since one is already placed up top, but you only need to acquire four yourself.

Where is this relic? Where is this fourth orb? Is this fight, the one with Thorm? I'm still Lvl 7 & wanna be Lvl 9 b4 taking on Thorm. Gale doesn't have enough high lvl spells yet.

I'm confused. Are you battling Thorm yet? If not and you need another relic, there are four to grab. I go to Yuigir first (because reasons that have to do with my romance), then there are the three trials, then the silent library. After that, you can move on to a battle with Balth (if you didn't kill him already) or there is no battle since he is dead, but there is an important decision and cut scene.

Depending on your party and such, you can take on Throm at 7. I never used Gale there. Gale can be strong in some instances, but he's not my fave and I usually don't take him along because I usually play a magic user. I did take him in my Bard play though. I did one play through where I took Jaheira. She worked well. But there are a ton a of variables depending on your choices and who you have. I'd definitely take Astarion for the Thorm battle.

Yuigir was the one that had the fire crossbow, right? I have that crossbow on me. How did I not get his orb? I have the 3 trial orbs only (I think). I'll have to log back in to be sure. Be back later then.

Yes. I never kill him, I manipulate him, but he has an orb sitting there regardless of your decision.

Orb is not on him. It's sitting by the corpse throne.

Did Op? 21 mins ago, OP was trying to confirm Yuigir was Yiugir. Also, spoilers? Pfft. Game's been out for months, there's a certain point where complaining about spoilers is ridiculous.
