Act 3 ending question (Spoilers)
Basically, will taking out Orin and Gortash instantly fling me into the final mission or act of this game? Asking because Im struggling to plan what to do due to it. I wanna attack Orin first if possible, to free Lae'zal and bring her on her personal quest to hunt down the Orphic hammer, but if it does, I romanced karlach this run, so I definitely don't wanna miss any interactions after she kills Gortash.

Nope. Once you get all three netherstones, you actually need to initiate the final sequence of the game, and the game clearly tells you that this is a point of no return.

As said above. In my previous run, I beelined for both of them, going from Gortash's "you probably shouldn't attack him here" event straight into the Orin plot. Was still able to do all the side quests (at least the ones that don't break when you kill Gortash in the main hall before he heads up to his room).

Tbh I’m really glad to hear that. Thanks: now I don’t have to think about what order I wanna do things in, in terms of the end game
