Legendary Actions Outside of Honor Mode?

Hey,
I don't see an option in the custom game mode for legendary actions, am I blind? I already beat honor mode, I just want to do basically do a honor run without worrying about single file. If I die in honor mode, are there still legendary actions if I continue, or do I have to just do honor mode in full to get legendary actions still?

If you die in honour mode yes bosses still have legendary actions, If you are going to do honour mode though make backup saves incase of game breaking bugs.

Just start on honour mode again and don't worry about dying.

I just fought a boss in tactician difficulty who now has legendary actions I never saw before. The githyanki boss in the creche.
