Honour Mode Rolls
In honour mode are the rolls skewed to be against you, because I would say that with 4 attacks at 80-90% hit chance, I will miss at least three of them almost each time. As well as I've had to completely restart Honour Mode 5 times now because I would roll a Nat 1 on a DC2 check then have every person around me instantly turn hostile and kill me.

Like I understand bad luck but this seems to go beyond that into BS territory. This is the case with both Karmic dice and regular rolling.

While they certainly do skew the dice in honor mode, it's hardly impossible. I completed it twice, the second time without a single death. No cheese, exploits, or silly stuff either.

You just need to know how the system works, then game it in your favor.

Where does this even happen?

Weird how it's only you who is having this issue, and others are getting through Honor Mode just fine.

Dice is fine.

I actually experienced the same thing. I have always avoided Karmic Dice like the plague... until my Honour Mode run. It turned it on around the time I got Withers, and it made everything better.

As a test, I turned it off mid-way through Act 2, and almost died in the first battle I got into. Turned it back on, and never second guessed it.

In subsequent playtrhoughs (on Tactician), I find that I do better with it turned off.

This is obviously one data point, but it was very helpful to me.

It's not just him. Almost everyone I have talked to (myself included) who has tried Honour mode has reported similar things.

Dark Urge playthrough. I think the DC is higher than 2, but it's pretty low. Maybe 5?

That said... DUrge Honour Mode is... ballsy.

Nope, dice are fine, you're just terrible at statistics, but that's hardly uncommon and due in large part to cognitive biases and inherent inability to understand probabilities.

Make sure one of your characters is a super-tank who can't die no matter how bad the dice rolls, and you're fine.

I haven't seen anything like this. I'm also doing a normal style playthough on my honor run as in trying to do all the quests along the way. The only thing I'm doing differently if that I'm actually using all of my companions this playthrough instead of sticking with three or four. And I respecc'd Karlach to paladin.

This is her second best option, next to Bench Warmer : )

I think it's funny, at the druid grove fight right in the beginning, how many attacks i miss sometimes and how many critical fails there are.

Haven't had this issue in my own Honour Mode playthrough as DUrge, and I'm in Act 3 now. Died to Orin because I went in blind, but eh, will try again next time.

I think it's funny that even with things as non-skill related as random dice rolls people still say ♥♥♥♥ that amounts to "Skill issue"

Kinda is though, at least once you get past level 5 or 6. If you lose your entire party you weren't ready for the fight.

It doesn't matter if you roll 1s and 2s though. That's not skill, that bad luck. I understand what you are saying, but at level 4 I managed to miss every attack on the goblin true soul for 5 complete turns before I was able to hit even once, and all of those attacks had a 60% or more chance to hit some even having Advantage/95%
