Dammon doesn't take infernal iron in the 3rd act

I heard there is a way to save her, improving Karlach's engine 3 times. He has upgraded her engine in 1st and 2nd act. Then, I found him in the 3rd act, but I don't see any option to give him the iron. He says nothing, as well as Karlach

You heard it wrong.

You can give Dammon more infernal iron for the Lesser Helldusk armor pieces, but he can only do two "fixes/upgrades" to Karlach.


Which unfortunately, as he quite clearly tells you, CANNOT "save" her completely, just postpones her fate. And lets her touch people without burning them.

Actually, this made me like Karlach SO much more.

I dislike axes, barbarians, and fratboys, in that order. Karlach is evidence that the devs are out to get me.

Generally, I see no reason to be rude to people unless they are rude to me first. I have viewpoint differences with some folks on things - comes from humans being different.

Depending on how you view it, there ARE two ways to "save" her but personally I see neither as happy endings, but maybe necessary ones. The rest is spoilers.

That's true. The plot in this game is the best I've ever seen. And that's why It hurts me so much :')

Yeah, I heard about them too. They are not happy for me either, so I tried to catch at a straw
