What is the best way to deal with Yugir?<possible spoilers>

In the Shar's temple you come across Yugir a Devil who Raphael wants us to deal with. Now as with many quests in the game we've got multiple options.

1. Fight and Kill him
2. Find and kill the last of the Justicar's
3. Talk him into killing himself

Now the last time I played through this I had him kill himself. But what I'm wondering is what is the best way to deal with him? One that might benefit me down the line?

option 2, he will join you in a fight later in Act 3. that might be helpful to you

It doesn't seem to matter. I fought and killed him and he reappears when fighting Raphael and you can convince him to fight for you against Raphael and when Raphael is defeated he says he will join you as an ally for the last battle.

Yep, I have both killed Yurgir and talked him into killing himself, either way, he is there in HoH, and can be persuaded to take your side against Raphael.
