Please add FSR 3 and Frame Generation to the game.
I will admit my graphics card isn't quite powerful enough to run this game at Native 2560 x 1080 (I have a 1660 Super) but when I played in windowed mode at 1080p with FSR to Ultra Quality I can get a stable 60, that being said I heard ACT 3 is way more demanding and I fear that my PC wont be able to keep up with it.

Of course I should upgrade my GPU but that has to wait a few months due to recent setbacks with my last job (AKA they laid us off for half a year)

It's not the GPU that's the bottleneck in Act 3. Their engine can't handle the NPC logic.

Have AMD figured out the tearing issues with FSR3's framegen yet? It's going to be even more noticeable than in Avatar with a game which will need big chunks of the screen boxed off.

I use a titanX (hydro copper) and have no issues on 2160p ultra/high settings .... it's more to do with the entire system you have and how it handles less than optimized code.

This is just for the framegen, issues they need to work out as AMD try to catch up. The problems around displaying text may be a reason why CDPR haven't implemented FSR3 and its framegen in Cyberpunk 2077 yet but who knows what's to come this year? Hopefully a good one for you in any case as you look to upgrade.

Bro you are NOT running this game at 4k ultra on a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Titan X Maxwell. That's no better than a GTX 980 Ti. No better than a GTX 1070. No better than an RTX 2060. 4k Ultra? Yeah if you like 30 fps.

I got a steady 60 fps with ultra settings when I played it at 1080p on my old system, which has a GTX 1650 Super. Even in Act 3. Your CPU is also important.
