Has Phalar Aluve been nerfed again?
While playing tonight, my mouse hovered over my main character's buffs and The singing Buff stated: "All allies within 6m of range have 1d4 bonus to mental attacks." I then checked my combat log and I was not getting the singing attack roll bonus buff with my bow. Does anyone know if this is either a bug with my game or the sword has been nerfed post Patch 4? Thanks.

The tool tip is wrong, the sword effects all saves and attacks

Also it seems like it still works. The Sing effect only works on allies, not the user.
