Report a translation problem
I think the trick to that is to approach them from the north. Take the western exit of the House of Healing and just before you reach the entrance to the Morgue you turn south, up a small incline. Then go farther south until you reach the bridge the Githyanki appear on.
Focus down the leader first. After she is dead you can deal with the adds, I think the ones with swords are a bit more dangerous. Just focus on one target at a time and keep your backline (i.e. characters with low AC and HP) protected.
I think I was level 9 when I did that encounter, but it was on Tactician and I didn't really have a super min-maxed party (Eldritch Knight, Light Domain Cleric, Draconic Bloodline Bronze Sorcerer and Circle of the Moon Druid IIRC). Used quite a few spell slots but didn't need to revive anyone. :D
