No. That is not possible. You cannot mix split screen with multiple clients multiplayer.

nvm, your request is pretty wild, but doable with 3rd party software, wouldn't be fun tho, monitor squeeze into half.

You can give each other certain characters you agree to each use in combat like in old hotseat games. For adventuring it's not really an option so it's gonna be quite awkward.
