you go go for 14 dex 16 n 16 wis/char, getting 18 dex gloves in creche
you could multiclass into bard
you could have 2 support to support your checks
you could play sth else in earlier level and swap to necro
or you could just make your companion play necro and you play sth else
Lots of build guides out there.
If you still insist on having actual summoner class your options are wizard (with paladin which would give you the charisma character) or a druid, but you definitely don't wanna sacrifice your main attribute over charisma.
Playing a Wizard with high Charisma: why not?
STR: 8
DEX: 10
CON: 13
INT: 17
WIS: 10
CHA: 16
With minions you do not need that much constitution that you would need to worry about it.
Ideal would be a single level dip in Fighter to start with, so you can take Heavy Armour proficiency to make up for the low DEX.
Or as alternative
STR: 8
DEX: 14
CON: 12
INT: 17
WIS: 10
CHA: 14
Dialoguewise the CHA modifier is less worth than proficiency in the skills. So I recommend you do not hang up at a low CHA ability score to begin. You gain more from investing into a feat which ups skills or a level in Bard as starter instead of Fighter than you would from higher CHA score.
Example: +1 modifier every 2 scores wheras you do NOT NEED THAT AT ALL for combat while proficiency is starting with +4 , so as if you kinda go with an ability score of 18. Think about it.
Based on that I recommend using the second suggestion
Make sure to start as Bard for the skill proficiencies.
