Report a translation problem
you can see most of the game in 3 playthroughs, by picking different companions (or brutally, taking them all to camp and doing each one's thing swapping around, but that is a chore and a half). Aside from companion questlines/story, you have the urge, which is its own thing, and then picking who you ally with in the various acts and whether you generally play the nice guy or not... but much of the story lines condense into 2, maybe 3 tops, options -- usually some form of "fight or don't fight" or "join us or join them" (and of course, walk away /ignore for a number of them).
If you really go all in on seeing every choice, 5-6 may be more like it but I think that is way overkill.
I replay to test builds, and because I like the game, but after a while, you pretty much have it memorized. It feels a little smaller each time you play.
I've finished the game three times and there are still things in the game that I haven't seen or done.
