Dang I sure did walk by it. Thank you!
Basically a bag of holding command. Then you just stand next to a vendor you find, use the go to camp command, pull everything out, then leave camp and youre still standing in front of the vendor. Trade out and call it a day.
Comically I saw that send to camp command by accident mins after creating this thread, and didn't know about using the other command while at a vendor. Thanks! Game seems to have some secret stuff going on.
For what it's worth, while there aren't that many vendors in Act 1, there are some more in Act 2, and Act 3 has a lot.
It just puts a mark on the stuff you want to vendor (junk) and you can then vendor it all at once with once click, instead of vendoring it one by one.
That works thx. One clicking every item is kinda annoying.
You also know you can mark multiple items either by holding SHIFT or CTRL like you do in Windows Explorer, yes?
There's at least four vendors plus Ethel in the first part of Act 1, plus a couple more in the later part (two if you go the mountain pass and I think another two in the Underdark). There's fewer overall in Act 2 but I think you're a bit less likely to lose access to them until the end.
In fact one of those Act 1 vendors is very important, they sell the first Returning weapon I've found. It's not vital but it makes thrown weapon builds less of a headache (and I've made Karlach a throwserker on this run).
It is surprisingly easy to miss vendors,
Side note I've had 'add to wares' bugged for a very long time. It's probably a mod but I just find that picking up and adding to my wares just doesn't do the second bit,
