If you're not a fan of the BG3 story, that's okay, but it's still the BG3 story and not another Avellone story.
Characters would be more exotic, their convos less trivial, and personalities even more multifaceted. The story would likely be more unique, as Chris is ultra talented.
Just take a look at PS:T, less like a game and more like an e book.
The conclusion of their quest would be finding said infernal tooth brush which actually is a sentient item which houses their own soul.
Unless it's supposed to mean something along the lines of "it's ♥♥♥♥♥, but at least it's not yet another Avellone plot"?
