Lost a honour run cause of a bug?

My main character bugged while using the elevator in Shar's gauntlet and stuck in the air, later to fall, die and stuck below ground. I cant reach with any healing, I cant resurrect at Withers cause I rolled all death saving throws and now stable, I cant fast travel

If you're still in game, what is the last save showing? If it's before the lift then just use task manager to kill the BG3 process and you should be able to load up from that save. (Had exact same thing happen to me on this current honour run.)

Sh!t happens. Bugs happen. If you go Honor Mode or even Ironman mode, bugs will always be part of the experience. Caveat emptor.

disable autosaves and use taskkill if ♥♥♥♥ like this happens, i did this and sometimes I couldn't avoids certain problems.

I just got the exact same bug with my honor mode and god I LOVE INTERNET !
