4 Elements is fun, but I found I wasn't using the spells as often as I felt I should. It was always the fire whip then attack and flurry. Sometimes I would get some utility out of the spells but it wasn't often. I felt that the actual spell casters in the group would be better at that. And if I needed to hit an enemy outside of melee range, I had my dual hand crossbows at the ready (Drow).
Shadows was fun in theory. But I think I used the Shadow Step a few times in battle and Shadow Strike maybe once. It felt useless to me to waste a Ki point and worry about staying in the shadows only to get an "advantage" on my next attack when I could simply run up to an enemy and start attacking.
I couldn't even imagine an absolute beast that they can turn into.
Does shadow buff work in magical darkness? Because if so, you can cast shadows wherever you are.
Sorceress. It just feels right to me.
But only because technomage or cybermancer is not available, right?:)
Yeah, I thought it would be some sort of a funny healer... then out of nowhere I got those flourishes and an extra attack and I was like what the actual... wow :D
