Also wtf does it matter whether it replaces a companion or other non-romancable NPC? There's been genderbend mods for such for decades.
Welcome to the internet. Its far from a pretty place
I wish I wasn't an "expert" on em, I just keep seeing these same threads constantly and keep seeing the same sites talked about over and over
Honestly this is the part of these threads I find the most sad, people aren't interested in being right. It's obviously not a political topic but they won't admit it.
My guess is uh. Space Marine 2? People aren't happy there's an Indian cadian and a black space marine
It's always the most "tolerant" and "inclusive" ones who presume people's race sex and sexuality, then demonise them for it too, lol.
I've never even been to NexusMods. I'm looking to this community to give me the straight scoop.
Okay, female-to-male mods are good with you. Sure, why not? If one gender switch is okay, all are okay.
Literally start up your BG3 and look, you see lesbians, yes?
Mod is a mod. As long as it doesn't have malware or some ♥♥♥♥ people can download it. Considering people aren't paying Nexus to host the mods either, I don't expect them to be hosted. If I had a favorite hair mod on Nexus that got removed, I'd be bummed a bit. But I wouldn't cry or mope, I'd just grab it from another site or backup my own copy
Which I now shall, because it's a universally stupid way of thinking about things and causes regressive tribalism to pop up all too often on topics that have no place for it. But from what I know of the U.K.'s laws...I don't trust the U.K. whatsoever in that regard.
...Also, unrelated to the topic, but I do have to say that having been around anime/manga for years I do find that there's an overwhelming amount of male-into-female gender bending in series (sometimes as an entire plot of a series apparently) while the opposite is virtually unseen for the most part. Just seems kind of unequal to me.
in other words: some mods will be okay and some won't be.
its always so silly how scared people are of a gay people in a video game.
