Does the strange ox die if?
Does the strange ox die if I decide to kill Isobel at the end of act 2 for dark urge ik Damon dies but will the strange ox die too?

No, Ox still appears in Rivington in this scenario.

He doesn't die. You'll find him in a barn in Act 3.

I quick saved when I killed her and went back and saw Damon dead but I didn’t see the ox around but non of the ox’s were around so wasn’t sure if he died or just moved on or game just didn’t load them for what ever reason

I think the Ox leaves after the Inn falls. He's definitely in Act 3, he'll be in a barn just as you enter Rivington.
