Build for Roleplay Help - Hajime Kashimo from JJK

Abit of background- I wasn't too interested in BG3 as my preference for games are mostly centered around high intense combat, such as Souls Games and League of Legends, until I watched the DnD movie recently. Now I'm about to start my first ever DnD playthrough.

I need help for a general guideline to get a character that is identical (or near at least) to Hajime Kashimo in JJK. Basically, he's a lightning CQC guy that wields a quarterstaff but mainly uses fists as fights drag on. He isn't much of a traditional lightning spellcaster, as his main schtick is generating electricity from his 'mana' and exploiting conductivity to blast fools with it.

Based on my limited knowledge, a character that is similar to this would have the multiclasses of Monk -> Sorcerer -> Cleric. Any more specific details, I am still lacking so hoping you guys would provide some insight.

Does anyone have a build guide they are willing to share for this? Anything would be appreciated. Many thanks in advance :)
