Baldur's Gate 3

Baldur's Gate 3

View Stats:
Bard/Druid/Rogue Dual Wielder
Swords Bard 6 - This nets you Blade Flourish, Extra Attack, as well as plenty of Inspiration Dice that replenish on a Short Rest and Song of Rest. Also spells and spell slots and the Two Weapon Fighting Style.

Druid 3 - Grants access to Flame Blade, Spike Growth, Moonbeam and Gust of Wind. Subclass doesn't really matter, but you probably want Land for Natural Recovery.

Rogue Thief 3 - The extra bonus action means more attacks from your offhand, as well as Cunning Actions and a 2d6 Sneak Attack.

Gear - You probably want Render of Mind and Body, but there are a number of shortswords, scimitars and daggers that work well, so just pick one that you like.

You don't need the Dual Wielder Feat.

The Shadowblade Ring seems like an interesting choice at first, but I ultimately decided against it because it requires concentration and I'd rather concentrate on Spike Growth or Moonbeam depending on the situation.

You will also get access to Hold Person which can come in handy as a melee fighter.

Whateer weapon you choose, Flame Blade will be your second weapon, which can be summoned with a bonus action (one of the reaskns Thief is so good with this build) and lasts for 10 turns.

As long as you're attacking with Advantage you should be getting extra dice from your physical weapon as well as Sneak Attack once pee turn, and then at least 3d6 on eveey Flame Blade attack (you'll be Hasted somehow as well).

I like to play a Wood Elf for longbow proficiency and get The Dead Shot for crit range and accuracy, softenimg up targets with ranged attacks while the attempt to cross my Spike Growth or Moonbeam, then switching to Flame Blade/shortsword if they actually close the distance and want to melee.
