Special familiar and suspicious items

I just found the special familiar, and in the same place, there's 3 named items that i don't know if i should keep or throw away (since this game copy DA so much without putting to use most of the items, i don't know if it's just trash):

poo-scrapper - dagger (with a sad history apparently)
nut-buster - a Rock
Shovel's Best friend - a shovel
