Would Neck of ELemental Augmentation trigger of caustic band on eldritch blast

So just spitballing here, I am thinking of starting another playtrough on Honour mode,
I know they made some changes to dmg riders and I deleted my old saves.

Would acid dmg from caustic band trigger the necklace effect?

There's only damage source and damage rider left
Damage rider as damage source are all gone,
So everything just stacks once
