Alfira not giving me potent robe

I just rescued all tieflings, including her love interest, and when I get to the inn she thanks me and talks like she has given me something but nothing shows up.

did you talk to her before ? I dont know if thats the case

Have you tried using the Searchbar in your inventory to look for it? In my game items sometimes show up as an empty space and the only fix is putting the item name in the Inventory Search
