Gith Queen question
So, I am pretty much done with Act 1, I think.
I got up to the point where I found the Githyanki creche and explored it fully (I think?)

I'm not sure how I was meant to reach the Inquisitor, but I got to him by pickpocketing the crystal thing from the boss Gith and then being let in.
I did chat at her previously, but there was no way to request an audience with the inquisitor that I could see.

I refused to hand the artefact over to the guy. He attacked.
I killed him and his group.

Then the Gith queen appeared and did her bit.

I ended up annoying her the first time by insisting that SHE do her own work, so she killed my whole party.

Had to fight the Inquisitor and his friends again for that one.

This time I agreed to help her. She told me that I was to not leave that room until the job was done.

I went in, and decided that I like my dream friend better. So I left without killing her.

And then... There was nothing.

I wandered around. Solved the little 'puzzle' to find the fancy glowing mace.

Why did she let me wander away?
There was no indication that anything was wrong until I went back to the creche and everyone was hostile.

Did something bug out? Did I miss dialogue?

Why didn't she kill me when I failed to do the thing she wanted me to do?

If you hadn’t killed the inquisitor and his homies they would have aggro’d on you when you returned

She will get back at you, don't worry. Just later.

Her wishing me to death after calling her lazy and incompetent was my favorite part of the entire game.

It just seemed like the right thing to do.
And even Lae'zel agreed.
