Refering to women as female CHECK
Saying women are weaker CHECK
Women wearing skimpy attire CHECK
If I am the only up-front combat character, then I'm interested in some decent specs for the chicks in ranged roles: Cleric, Wizard, Sorc, Ranger, Bard, etc.
I do allow a Rogue spec but daggers and shortswords only, and STR=10 max.
Well according to standard real world physics. Clerics, wizards, and sorcs wouldn't exist. And you'd need something louder than a lute to inflict damage. Unless you're just terrible at playing it. So, should probably drop those classes
EDIT: Point is, if you're trying to intentionally handicap your party just to fulfill a real life fantasy. Go all the way through! Stick with only rogues, rangers, and monks (don't need strength for em, I think dex is their bonus)
you should be level 2 when you arrive on the beach, because you used barrelmancy to kill the mindflayer and possibly the boss demon which is enough xp for level 2.
Which hirelings you spec and how is irrelevant.
monks are deadly in this game but str is better because one of the feats makes it hit harder and more often. So at least one monk, and a damage caster, and maybe a druid would fit your needs. Quarterstaff is a 1h or 2h weapon as you like. Humans and half elves can all use leather and shield and but their racial weapons are almost all 2h so you will have nothing much there. Quarterstaves are deadly (lots of extra elemental damage and free spells). Dual wield Qs is nasty too. Personally I feel you are missing out on one of those big chested dwarf women, but to each their own.
Incels (as I understand the term) are much more likely to love the strong females like Amazons, Valkyries, Karlach, Githyanki, etc. The incels are the target market behind all the ads for video games with underwear models fighting orcs 3x their size and slamming them across the room. This is the Lara Croft crowd, and they typically play a female character for eye-candy. They are more interested in the females they SEE, rather than the male they'd like to BE.
Don't get me wrong, normal, typical men like to SEE attractive females (I certainly do). But in an RPG, the men I know (not incels) play their own gender.
If an incel were to post a screenshot of their ideal, you'd see a diminutive male figure (human, elf, halfling, gnome) surrounded by 3 larger stronger sexy melee fighters like Xena or Wonder woman, etc.
My SS reflects what is IRL normal about larger taller stronger males and smaller shorter weaker females. Cute females in small packages are sexy as hell. I can appreciate Xena, she's not ugly, but she's not my type.
Here is the classic modern pop-culture incel moment:
"I'm gonna need an unlimited supply of Xena tapes and hot pockets."

Good question. Not to mention that technically aren't all the hirelings either male or non-binary? Due to kinda being dead puppets raised by Withers. And they have his voice if memory serves right
For both sides!
Hopefully both sides are paid adequately.
They’re are some trans ones but most are not, withers just gives them a voice
