Minthara preparing for raid and telling you to go inside the grove somehow made everyone panic, disappear and there's blood everywhere.
I don't understand. The raid is supposed to be a surprise. Yet everyone is on the edge, I'm blocked out of the druid quests and there's blood everywhere. What the heck is going on?

Well, let's say that they've noticed the preparations to the raid and "on the edge". You should pick the side and if you want the druid quests you should protect the grove, siding with Minthara is "evil path" and will lock some "good options". Normally you can't have both Minthara and Halsin in the team, only one of them (though maybe there are some tricky ways if not fixed).

I mean, I had not defeated the shadow druids yet, so free exp goes there. Halsin was already dead and I was planning on for the evil playthrough. But I did not expect everything go to ♥♥♥♥♥ before I initiate everything.

Oh well..

Due to popular demand it has been changed officially that you can trick the game officially approved to have both - but only in a good playthrough as Halsin would otherwise escape/die.
