what subclasses would you like to see added in the future?
i imagine when (given the massive success of the game so not *if*) they add some kind of expansion, they might do something geared towards more subclass options. personally i'd like to see hexblade added, and perhaps kensei monk

I think L:arian already went above and beyond on the content but more patches and fixes are always welcome.
• Bladesinger
• Shadow Sorcerer
• Circle of Wildfire + Dreams + Stars
• Oath of the Watchers + Crown
• Death Domain
• Scout + Swashbuckler
• Drakewarden + Fey Walker
• Raven Queen Patron
• Cavalier
• College of Whispers + Glamour + Eloquence
• Drunken Master

You can already get the Hexblade and a Kensei/Wuxia monk from Nexus. (EDIT: also, pretty much most of everything just named in the post above.)

I think it's fine to let the modders add classes and subclasses.

Let Larian add actual content, like additional adventures/dungeons/etc. to explore, that modders can't do on their own. Or open up "Solasta" level tools that let modders create their own dungeons and campaigns. I think that would be very popular.

sure, but wotc probably wants more. i doubt we'll get any post-game content given the large variety of endings you can achieve for yourself and your party and they said they purposefully limited the power levels of our characters to about 12 because of balance issues. i imagine any new content would be to flesh out all 3 acts and possibly add new races and subclasses

Yeah, oddly there is a Cavalier class mod at Nexus, but it seems a little strange in a game without any mounts or mounted combat. That just doesn't exist in BG3. So the Cavalier they created is just focused on charging things on foot.

I'd welcome Larian adding mounts and mounted combat to BG3. Pathfinder: WotR had them, though they were notoriously buggy.

I’ve no idea what other classes/subclasses there are in dnd that were not implemented, but if larian doesn’t do it i’ll be hitting the modding community to grab some fun stuff in maybe a year or so after it settles down with all the patches

Currently i have my hands full just exploring the base game classes. (Sorc op wtf)

Wizard is better on tabletop miles ahead sorcerers but in larians bg3 sorcerers are better than wizards

Do you have any idea how easy it is to add a subclass? It's so easy, even a modder could do it...

The subclass has a lot of features which work without mounts. My favorite is their lvl 17 ability...

Interesting. I’ve played wizard all the way to endgame twice now and really love the versatility of it, but damn man when you can just toss some water around and then quicken some lightning spells it is just unfair. I’m only lv5 so far but sheesh
