BG3 has a built-in cheat/exploitation.

It affects both you and the mobs in-game, but there is a way to have infinite health in the game.

All you have to do is change the difficulty mode in the middle of combat. Your PC health and the health of mobs will auto-correct for the difficulty change and if you switch to explorer mode to tactician and then back again the switching of the health values will inevitably heal everything to full health.

That is because switching to explorer mode gives you gobs of max health values and switching it back to tactician removes those health values and your characters health end up being full on the re-switch.

I found that out by accident the other day.
