How to get the Amulet of Bhaal?

So I read that in order to get the amulet a have to save Cora Highberry at Wine Festival. But when I got there she was already dead. What do I do now? I'm stuck.

It's from the murder tribunal quest. Hunting down the dwarf murderer is not really a part of it (other than getting arms from him if you didn't murder any of the targets yourself)

Every source says that in order to progress I must save her. But when I got to Wine Festival she was already dead. I dont't understand how to progress now

you don't need to save her, it is actually time sensitive.

next you should head to Facemaker's Boutique store. it's somewhere on the left side of the Lower City. near the Baldu'rs Gate waypoint

According to Wiki, it's going to be Figaro, the clothing merchant near the Baldur's Gate (main gate) Waypoint.

Every time I haven't stopped him at Cora's, he heads there next.

BTW, the direct answer to your question is you get the Amulet of Bhaal from killing the Murder Tribunal. Well, at least I do.
