Report a translation problem
Try ambushing enemies before rushing them, sneak as close as you can and then either range attack or melee. This gives you a turn to hit them for free, use scrolls and potions to make your characters stronger such as Strength potions and speed (Be careful of speed as it comes with a major draw back if you don't end the fight fast).
What build is your character using?
Thanks for the tips - I am a Wizard then I have Gale, Astarion, and Shadowheart. Most of my attacks and spells miss. That's the worst part. That Pally I am fighting can attack three times in one turn!
Everybody gets +1 proficiency bonus at that point.
Fullcasters get their third-level spell slot.
Most martial types get Extra Attack.
Rogues don't get Extra Attack, but they do get an additional damage die added to sneak attack, at least, plus some more survivability from Uncanny Dodge.
If you haven't already, you might want to thoroughly explore e.g. the bulidings in the Blighted Village -- in particular, the cellars.

'Alert' means you always go first in combat and are never surprised. It is a real game changer.
You won't have to try and talk your way out of fights anymore.
