Killing Act 2's Big Bad without freeing You Know What first? (spoiler)

What happens if you show up at Moonrise Towers and start killing everyone? Can Ketheric be killed? What changes? Is Nightsong's quest still valid, given Shadowheart cares about it?

You know who being imprisoned is the source for Ketherics you know what. So if you don't free you know who then Ketheric is still you know what and he will beat the snot out of you.

To put it in a more straightforward but more spoiler way, Nightsong is the source of Ketheric's immortality. You literally can't kill him without freeing her first (or maybe killing her, I didn't try that).

I kind of tried it using fly to get up to the top early. Getting there works but they warn you that you cannot harm him. Did not actually try to kill him.

Buddy of mine tried to fight him first but he was invincible and had to run away. But not before he made him drop his weapon and stole it lol

He can't be killed if you don't deal with the Nightsong first. Though if you were somehow able to push him into a cavern/water he'd probably die but he's immune to being pushed and teleported I believe.

Yeah, you can try and start ♥♥♥♥ in the Throne Room when you first arrive. Remember when folks told you Ketheric can't be killed? It's true. It's an unwinnable battle. At least there at that point. Aside from the number of other hostiles in the room and nearby. And you've got no Harper backup.
