Picking who leads/speaks is an important decision in the game. Typically, have your CHR character lead in town and your Perception character lead in the wilds.
Are the ability values like strengh, charisma etc. only important when I roll activly a dice or are those abilites also in compat important? I dont know if I only choose the ability point increase for my bard or with my other chars too... I would level 2 points for gale, Wyll etc. or is this not necesary if only my main char is doing the talking?
It's best to have one character to be skilled in as many dialogue skills as possible (performance, deception, intimidation, and persuasion). The bard is perfect for this as these skills are all available during character creation and can be added or enhanced (expertise) at certain levels specifically with the bard. There should be no need to initiate dialogue with any other character. This also gives you the versatility of swapping in other characters in your party for story reasons since you're not dependent on anyone but your own bard for dialogue.
You get additional feats later on the more you level up a class. It is not a matter of "choose this now and replace it later". The thing is: what you need most for your characters or what you want most. Best is that you take your time and make yourself familiar with all Feats available. That makes it easier for you to ask whether an idea you have will work good or not. A list of the Feats you can find here: https://bg3.wiki/wiki/Feats
BTW. Today is my game very slow at startup. I click on Play on Steam and it takes like a minute to open the launcher and when I click in the launcher on play it takes again 45 seconds to actually open the game... The problem happend only today... maybe slow server?
Probably bad Windows setting. Do yourself a favour, restart your PC and skip the launcher.

I recommend method C - most players use method A for simplicity.
If the issue persists with long loading you can try cleaning your game cache

It could be a Larian server congestion if you use cross-save. But if you do not use cross-save I recommend to skip the launcher entirely. That should resolve your issues with the loading of the launcher. And yeah, it happens that I enjoy helping out newbies with the game. So feel free to ask. A lot of things I also try to cover in my beginner guides you can find in the guide section. Should be something missing, I try to add later on.
In general: no. Only when you use Steam Cloud Service for the game, it might take a while to synchronise. Mostly after playing. Not before. I am not using Steam Cloud Service for the game myself, as it is known to cause issues. It has become better due to adjustments in regards the amount reserved for the savegame, but it still can glitch out.
Even with over 200 savegames my game loads as fast as with one single savegame.
One question. I choose the feat where you get 2 extra healt points each level you reach... Im already level 4. I did not get the point for the level 1-3 or is it only valid at level 4 and upwards? If so what happens when I choose the feat at level 8? Is it then upwards level 8 and not for level 1-7?
You should get the extra health for the levels before as well. It might need a long rest or difficulty change to recognise that correctly. Sometimes the GUI can be fiddly. Feel free to ask if you wish to learn why people rarely take that Feat. Or as suggested before: ask about Feats like you just did to learn more about them if the wiki is unclear.
