All the indications point to very, very soon.

There was no Lunar New Year Sale last year, which means there likely won't be this year. That leaves the next sale being the Spring Sale (April usually, I believe), unless there happens to be a special sale BG3 decides to participate in.

However, considering the game will only be 10% off again, I would just buy it whenever. Is $5 really worth waiting months for?

I mean the 10% sale is pretty laughable as is. What's that? Like 6 bucks or something off? I wouldn't worry too much if you don't think you can buy it before the sale ends, it's not like it was much.

I mean, if they aren't going to get around to playing it (busy with life, game backlog, etc) there's no hurry.

I always have a bunch of games I kinda want but realistically aren't going to actually play now - nothing wrong with not letting sales bait you into buying them right now.

Sure, although what is the point of this post then? Needing to know when the next sale is badly enough to make a post about it months early implies a certain level of longing greater than "Eh, I'll get it when I get it."
