Hag copy with 0 health

So, iam at my second playthrough try and i finally reached the hag (for the first time).
I tried to sneak her, but it failed and i had to beat her regularly. I won, took the hair and she left.
However, there is still a copy of her with 0/145 health points. Is this a bug or do i have to do smething (just wait?) or did i something wrong?
I stopped playing, since it's honor mode and i cannot just reload.

It's fine. More recently sometimes an NPC will stay dead, but look and animate as if still alive.
Its probably the same issue that makes npc's die all over again when you leave and come back

But the hag copy with 0 hp is still fighting me ...
I tried to push her into the abyss in the center, but she just reappers where she was before (with 0 hp) and keeps fighting.

This just happened to me, I lost my honor run because of this. Tried to question it in the forum about an hour ago but no one has replied about it

No idea then, have not experienced that.

If the Hag already gave you reward and quest shows complete, what is the issue?
disengage run and teleport back to camp. do a long rest and check back, she might be gone
