Wyrms Crossing Hostiles
I attended Gortash ceremony when I first came in, and completed most of the stuff I could in that area.

Then I went to Lower City...Did Iron Throne, saved the Duke and Omeluum and some gondians. Did a lot of sidequests in the lower city.

I did not blow up the foundry and the steel watch for now.

I wanted to go back to that area to complete wyll quest about a dragon, following the duke liberation, and buy some potions on the way.

However I cant go in from the South Bridge, it is closed. If I come up from the lower city to that area everyone attacks me.

I do not understand really why it's the case.

Defying Gortash and proceeding to the Iron Throne instead of turning back is sufficient to render him and all of the Wyrms Rock garrison hostile.

Because going to Iron Throne makes an enemy out of Gortash, so he's held himself up and everyone in there is hostile now. At this point you should just blow up the foundry so you don't have to deal with the robots.

You did pay attention to what Gortash said to you in the sub on the way to the Iron Throne, hmmm? Once you go to Iron Throne, even if you don't do the Foundry, Gortash now considers you an enemy who has rejected any possible alliance.

Wyrm's Rock becomes a hostile area, so you can't fast travel to its waypoint anymore, either. You can go and try do the Ansur quest ... but you will have to fight your way in to the prison. Slightly spoilery hint - as long as you're there, and killing guards along the way, check who's being held in the cells.
