I play as lae'zel, what is the way to get The Deathstalker Mantle because I play solo I would like to get a cloak to make the game easier

Only if you take The Dark Urge as well as secondary avatar.

Not unless you use an exploit to get another PC in the group, if it still works like early access you can run a second instance of the game, use Direct Connect multiplayer and close once both a loaded into the game.

n order to launch the game from a second computer, do I need another game purchased on Steam, or can I somehow create 2 characters using one account?

Just use the script extender debug console to spawn it into your inventory if you want it. There's no reason to waste time starting a dark urge run just to get an item.

It is a misunderstanding. Cruddy horse explained it okay that you just need to launch another instance. PC is in this context they described "player character", not "personal computer".
