After finishing my solo honour mode run, i am certain which class is the best.

It's Bard, specific College of Swords.

Mainly because you can get proficiency in every skill you want from the start and two skills expertise at lvl 3. Enhance ability provides advantage in every skill check you have to do.

Ranged Slashing Flourish is just an extra attack at lvl 3. With level 5 you can replenish bardic inspiration with a short rest. Later you can steal unlimited potions in moonrise towers that do the same.

While there are other good classes, they always lack in something.

Sorc has enhance ability, but does never get an extra attack and quickened spell costs too much + you have to rest frequently.

Monk has two attacks from the get go, but lacks skill wise, no good persuasion spells, is melee and needs almost every stat except int. If you dump str and drink a elixir of giant str, you never benefit from bloodlust elixir, which is way better.

Gloom / Assassin has good alpha strike potential, but does not have any good diplomatic spells or slashing flourish. Surprise rounds are inconsistent and too many fights don't allow them.

Paladin's smite is melee only and melee lacks on aoe anyway.

For the main char playing in a party or solo, the bard using titanstring bow is just the best class you can pick. Then you can just multiclass it with fighter 2 / war cleric / wizard to be even stronger.
