The Sussur dagger is one of the best weapons in the game combined with the Mage Slayer feat and a Rogue Assassin.
Plenty of great swords too. The one thing you can safely ignore is the damage die, it's irrelevant. Partially because there's only an average difference of one point of damage, and partially because the majority of your damage comes from Sneak Attack or magical effects of your gear.
So, the question is, what do you want to do?
a) use your Dexterity modifier for Hit- and Damage-rolls instead of your Strength modifier and
b) use the Sneak Attack ability from your Rogue class.
You also want weapons with the Light property so you can dual wield them without the Dual-Wielder feat.
That limits you to Daggers, Short Swords and Scimitars.
Short Swords and Scimitars have the same damage die, a D6, so they do 1-6 damage on a hit, plus modifiers. Daggers only have a D4, so they only do 1-4 damage.
Daggers can be thrown, but IIRC this always uses the Strength modifier for Hit- and Damage-rolls. And you only need to have them in your inventory to throw them, not necessarily in your hand.
Long story short: Use Short Swords and/or Scimitars. Which ones exactly depends on what you can find or buy/steal.
EDIT: Sorry, just realised Rogues don't have proficiency with Scimitars, which means you'd have problems hitting with them and wouldn't be able to use their weapon abilities. So it's either Daggers and/or Short Swords for Dual-Wielding or a Rapier for single-weapon usage (which would only make sense with Shield proficiency).
