Air myrmidon electrified flail

I have a level 12 druid that gets 1 attack. Turning into an air myrmidon gives me 3 attacks. Initially, I could perform 3 electrified flail attacks in a single round (one of the most OP things I've stumbled into). Then one day I was playing and could only use the electrified flail for my 1st attack. Attacks 2 & 3 did not give me that option. I assumed it got nerfed with an update. Then a few days later I could do all 3 electrified flail attacks again.

Is it generally buggy or was there nerf/buff/whatever update? Anyone else notice the inconsistency? It's very strong so I would understand why they would limit to 1 electrified flail attack per round.
