If you want to be a sorcadin - take 6/6, but don’t try to cast anything unless it’s bless/shield and etc, anything that hasn’t 100% chance to hit or anything not a self/party buff, just use smites for every source points which sorcerer will give you, that’s all.
Once again - you are not a caster, you are a frontline fighter which can smite 24/7, has a good (not highest) charisma and a solid defense overall, could be a party face, but bards and rogues are just better if you want to hit 25+ checks all days.
Eh... to me it sounds more you actually want to play a Paladin 2 / Warlock 10 mix...
But for your specific question I recommend to consider Tempest Cleric / Tempest Sorcerer.
What you want is the divine ability to maximise lightning damage. You can go either with STR/DEX/CHA or DEX/CON/CHA, depending what kind of weapons you want to use. Finesse and ranged e.g. works better with the rest while the first is more of an allrounder. Worried about the low CON? With heavy armour and a shield and shield spell it is fine Mostly.
Going Paladin 2 / Sorcerer 10 is not wrong either. The reason why it works better with Warlock is that Smite uses the spell slots which are recovered by Short Rest via Warlock. And Pact of the Blade gives the extra attack and makes you easy to go DEX/CON/CHA as you use pact weapon for melee.
