Got the hag's hair but it does not show on my stats

So Auntie Ethel gave up her hair. I chose my character build up his dexterity from 17 to 18. Though I accepted it does not show. Is this a bug or intentional?

Did you eat it? Because you don't just get a +1, you get a consumable that gives you +1. It also (like other permanent ASIs outside of the regular ones) doesn't show up on your level up screen, but worry not, it's still there.

As they said you need to eat her scalp, its probably in your camp supplies or alchemy bag.
