So I decided to continue my broken and in the battle I found there is a bomb carrier goblin. The thing is, he exploded himself and killed others. I guess the ally AI did not prepare for that. I watched the goblin went backward in to an ally form and directly exploded (I do not know he explode by cast or count from 3-2-1) killing everyone.
What a ♥♥♥♥ when it happened in a large battle.
I forgot to say how to solve it. Just kill every other original enemies , and move to a off-battle place. The scene will go the next phase for me.
I guess the game will move on once quest objectives are finished.
The difficulty always comes from edge case situations such as those described by the OP. Genuine "Oops" situations if you like. The way devs implement FF is simply damage done, end of. It's far too complicated and computationally costly to consider the merits or otherwise of "Oops" situations and "OMG! So sorry I didn't mean to do that" mechanics are mostly too easy to exploit and too difficult to implement sensibly.
The issue comes up in X4: Foundations quite a lot for example. In that game there is a "grace threshold" of damage you can inflict on an ally before they turn hostile. However this threshold is easy to exceed and X4 players regularly complain about it. In X4 the problem is that without the FF mechanic it would be too easy for the player to "accidentally" destroy an ally's annoying Advanced Electronics factory station, then say "Oh I'm awfully sorry, but I did kill those Xenon K's didn't I?". Then quietly build a new Advanced Electronics station themselves in it's place.
