Only thing you cannot really change is the Race and Background choices.
So, if I were to change her class to something random, let's say bard, I would then "start over" from level 1. And then I could just change back to barbarian and that would start over and I can change her subclass? :)
Yeah, we're all currently at level 5 and I don't know when the next "respec" is.
No need to change the class if you don't want to, just talk to Withers and leave it on Barbarian. Accept the respec and then level up the Barbarian into a different subclass from there.
When I tried that, it kinda just... didn't do anything? I'm guessing because she was already a barbarian? Not sure. But I tried to changing it to a random class and then back to barbarian and now I could change a different subclass! So thanks, everyone! :D
When you talk to Withers you ALWAYS end up back at level 1 when you do a respec.
If you choose barbarian then she will be a level 1 barbarian and you can level her up to what your current character level is at.
It sounds like you're leveling up and multi-classing, not talking to Withers and respeccing. They are much different things.
