Nudity bug after "smiling" to Mizora (Spoiler)

I just encountered this one, no idea if it's new and if others recognized it as a bug, I do because I already played the game 2 times. Anyway, the infamous Mizora sex scene, simple visual bug: Tav should be nude in the scene but isn't. OC all the options are enabled ingame, Mizora herself also appears nude, but TAV stys in their PJs.
I was soo looking forward to our Coop group encountering that scene tomorrow and been giggly all week in anticipation of their reaction (they havent't played it yet) but this bug sort of ruins it. Did anyone encounter it and found a fix, besides of course having TAV undress manually before chatting with her, which also ruins the surprise?
